Corn on the
Grill
12 ears of fresh corn in husks 1/2 cup of butter 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper |

Pull back husk from corn (do not remove). Remove silks. Rub corn with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull husk over corn, and tie top with heavy string. Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium hot coals (350º to 400º) 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove strings, and serve immediately. Yield: 12 servings

6 ears unhusked corn
1/4 cup of salt
Melted butter or Herb Butter
Place unhusked corn in sink and cover with water. Add salt. Soak 2
hours. Place unhusked corn on grill. Cook and turn until entire
outside husk is black. Remove from grill and husk corn. Serve with
Herb
butter, if desired. 6 servings
