1 3/4 cups of self rising flour a pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 2 beaten eggs 1/2 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of melted margarine one 1 pound can of whole kernel corn oil for deep frying
Sift together the flour, salt and sugar. Beat eggs well and add milk and melted margarine. Drain corn well and add to other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on rack and serve hot. Yield 24. * The corn may be substituted with bananas, chopped apples or pineapple.
