1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of sugar Cracker crumbs Butter 3 eggs 2 cups of whole kernel corn 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Beat eggs well; combine with corn, butter and milk. Stir well. Add seasoning and sugar; pour into a buttered casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes or until custard is firm. 6 servings. |
