Old Fashioned Corn Pudding

Old Fashioned Corn Pudding

1 cup of whole grain corn
1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
3/4 cup of scaled milk

Melt the butter in  milk. Add the first five ingredients slowly to scaled milk with butter. Pour into 1 1/2 quart of pudding dish and cook at 350ºF. for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve hot.
