| | Sautéed White Corn
1/4 cup of butter or margarine 12 ears of fresh white corn, cleaned and kernels cut from cob 1/4 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover; cook an additional 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Yield:6 to 8 servings. |
