1/4 cup of butter 2 large onions, sliced lengthwise 3 tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour 1 cup of canned milk a dash or 2 of paprika
Sauté the onions until tender. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, stir in flour until smooth. Add milk an heat thoroughly until sauce is thickened. Add onions and season to taste.
