Cucumber Dip

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 med. cucumber
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Coarsely grate un-pared cucumber, then drain, reserving liquid. Stir cream cheese to soften, add lemon juice and salad dressing. Stir in onions and cucumber. Season to taste. A few drops of Tabasco sauce may be added. If too thick, thin with liquid drained from the cucumber. 

Cucumber Dip

2 lg. unpeeled cucumbers
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Two 8  oz. pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Wash and grate unpeeled cucumbers, using grater with 1/2-inch holes. Add vinegar and salt and stir. Cover and allow to stand overnight in refrigerator. The next day, press out liquid. Blend garlic salt, cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl. Combine with cucumbers and serve.

Cucumber Dip

1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 cucumbers, chopped

Mix together. Serve with Ritz crackers. 

Cucumber Dip

1 lb. cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped or minced
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 drop Tabasco sauce
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. dried garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients and store, covered in the refrigerator. 

Cucumber Dip

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 cucumbers
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Mash cheese with fork and whip a little. Chop one peeled cucumber into fine pulp. Blend all together well. Chill. Decorate with remaining cucumbers.
