| | Shrimp Cucumber Spread
1/4 cup of Miracle Whip Free Nonfat Dressing 2 ounces of Light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel Cheese, softened 1/4 cup of chopped cooked shrimp or flaked canned tuna 3 tablespoons of seeded chopped cucumber 1 tablespoon of green onion slices 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
Mix together ingredients until well blended; refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 1 cup. Prep time: 10 minutes plus refrigerating.

3 ounces of softened cream cheese 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard Dash of garlic powder 4 1/2 ounce can of shrimp, drained & chopped 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion 1/2 cup of finely chopped cucumber 1 tablespoon of catsup
In mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, catsup, mustard and garlic powder. Stir in shrimp, cucumber and onion. Spread mixture over melba toast or crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups of spread. |
