Cream Cheese Cucumber Spread Dip

1 lg. cucumber, grated
1 tsp. onion, grated
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4-1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Grate cucumber and onion on several layers of paper towels, squeeze out all the water. Place in a bowl. Blend other ingredients, adding enough mayonnaise to make it of a spreading consistency.
