| Cream Cheese Cucumber Spread Dip
1 large cucumber, grated
1 teaspoon of onion, grated
8 ounce package of cream cheese
3/4-1 cup of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Grate cucumber and onion on several layers of paper towels, squeeze out all the water. Place in a bowl. Blend other ingredients, adding enough mayonnaise to make it of a spreading consistency. |
