3 medium cucumbers 1/2 cup of vinegar 1/2 cup of water 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper Chopped parsley
Peel cucumbers, if desired; slice very thinly into serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients; beat with fork. Pour over cucumbers. Cover; chill at least one hour before serving. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. 6 to 8 servings |
