2 tablespoons of butter 2 pounds of fresh peas 6 scallions 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon of marjoram 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary 1/8 teaspoon of thyme 1/2 teaspoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of cream
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add peas, scallions and all ingredients except cream. Cook covered until peas are tender, add cream and heat thoroughly. |
