| Hot Tomatoes
1 pint of cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons of minced onion 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tablespoons of parsley 1/8 teaspoon of thyme 3 tablespoons of crumbs 1 tablespoon of oil
Put tomatoes in a lightly oiled, shallow baking dish. Combine onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, crumbs and oil. Sprinkle this mix over the potatoes. Bake at 400ºF. for 10 minutes, until tomatoes are hot and soft. Serves 4 |
