| Potato & Leek Soup 4
1 cup of celery, chopped 3 cups of leeks, chopped 3 cups of potatoes, chopped 46 ounces of chicken broth 1 cup of parsley or chives, chopped Salt to taste
Brown celery and leeks. Boil potatoes in chicken broth. Add other ingredients and simmer until potatoes are cooked. |
