| | Maple Glazed Acorn Squash
2 small acorn squash salt pepper 4 tablespoons of maple syrup 4 teaspoons of butter or margarine
Halve squash crosswise, remove seeds. Place squash, cut side up, in 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle halves with salt and pepper, divide syrup and butter equally among squash halves. Cover with foil. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes or until squash is fork tender. 4 servings |
