one 1 pound pkg. of carrots 1 bunch broccoli 1 head cauliflower 1 pound of fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup of corn oil 3 cups of tarragon vinegar 1/2 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons of salt 1 1/2 teaspoon of large grain pepper 1 pint of cherry tomatoes 1 cup of fresh sliced squash
Wash and cut vegetables into bite size pieces. Place in a large glass bowl. Pour marinade over vegetables and chill for several hours before serving. Serves 12ºF. |
