| | Orange Glazed Ginger Carrots
6 medium carrots, thinly sliced, about 3 cups 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter, melted 1 teaspoon of grated gingerroot 3 tablespoons of orange marmalade 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
Combine carrots, margarine or butter, gingerroot, marmalade and pecans in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hours or until carrots are tender. Makes 5 or 6 servings |
