| | Baked Hash Browns Au Gratin
1 package (12 ounces) of frozen, loose-pack hash brown potatoes 1 cup of whipping cream 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 cup of American cheese, shredded
Arrange frozen potatoes in a 1-quart casserole. Pour whipping cream over all; sprinkle with salt. Bake, uncovered, at 375ºF. about 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and saucy, stirring once or twice. Sprinkle with cheese the last 5 minutes. Serves 4. |
