| | Boiled Potatoes without Jackets
4 medium potatoes, cleaned and peeled 1/4 cup of whipping cream 2 tablespoons of melted butter 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Place potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and cook 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well; place in serving dish.
Combine whipping cream, butter, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over potatoes. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings. |
