16 new potatoes, peeled or unpeeled 2 teaspoons of chopped parsley 1/2 teaspoon of dried mint or 1 tablespoon fresh 2 tablespoons of butter 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
Cook the potatoes with parsley and mint in boiling water in covered saucepan for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve with melted butter and nutmeg. Serves 4
