2 tablespoons of bacon drippings 1 pound of new potatoes, cleaned, boiled, and peeled 1 tablespoon of molasses
Heat bacon drippings in heavy skillet over medium heat; add potatoes and cook, turning frequently, 10 minutes or until browned. Add molasses; stir to coat potatoes. reduce heat; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Yield: 4 servings |
