| Candied Sweet Potatoes
6 sweet potatoes baked in their jackets
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 cup of dark corn syrup
powdered mace to taste |

Remove jackets from potatoes and slice. Place potatoes in baking pan and pour over lemon juice - corn syrup mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a little mace over. |
