6 fennel flavored sausages, thinly sliced 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of butter 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated salt and freshly ground pepper
Sauté sausage in frying pan over medium high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels. In another frying pan melt butter over medium heat, add potatoes and cook until crisp. Stir in sausage and cook together several minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4 - 6 servings
