| | Oven New Potatoes with Dill
1 pound of new potatoes, unpeeled 3 tablespoons of butter, or margarine 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of dried dillweed
Cut potatoes into quarters. Mix with butter, salt and dillweed. Place in a 1 1-2quart casserole; bake uncovered at 425ºF. for 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 4. |
