| Baked Potato in Foil w/Sour Cream topping 2 small baking potatoes 2 tablespoons of butter Sour Cream Topping
Scrub the potatoes, dry. Wrap in foil. Place on oven rack. Bake at 400ºF. oven for 1 - 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven. Push back or remove foil. Cut 1 1/2 inch slits in center of potatoes lengthwise and crosswise. Push ends of potatoes toward center to open slightly. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in each potato. Serve with Sour Cream Topping.
Sour Cream Topping 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 teaspoon of onion juice 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 12 teaspoon of chopped chives 1/2 cup of sour cream Add seasonings and chives to sour cream; mix well. Makes enough for 2 medium potatoes. |
