Baked Potato Chips

2 baking potatoes, scrubbed well
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
A dash of Cajun spices
a dash of salt and pepper

Slice the potatoes, skin and all about 1/16 of an inch thick. soak in ice filled bowl of water. Mix the spices well. Pat potato slices dry, toss in oil, then toss in spices to coat evenly. Bake in 400ºF. oven for about 25 minutes, stirring often so all chips get brown. Servings: 1
