| | Scalloped Potato Bake
8 cups of thinly sliced, peeled potatoes 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of celery soup 1 cup of milk 3/4 teaspoon of salt
Spread 4 cups of sliced potatoes in bottom of a greased 11 3/4x7 1/2x 1 3/4 inch baking dish. Combine the next 5 ingredients and a dash of pepper, pour half of the mixture over the potatoes. Repeat layers. Cover, bake in a 350ºF. oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer. Makes 8 servings
