1 cup of canned pumpkin 1 cup of brown sugar, firmly packed 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 teaspoon of ginger 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 tablespoon of butter, melted 1 cup of milk 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
Mix all of the ingredients until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350ºF. oven for 60 minutes or until done in the center. Serve with whipped cream.
