| | Roasted Bermuda Onion in Foil
1 Bermuda Onion
1 teaspoon of butter
2 teaspoons of sherry
1/8 teaspoon of thyme
Core onion as you would an apple, but be careful not to go all the way through. Fill cavity with butter, sherry and thyme. Wrap in 2 thicknesses of aluminum foil. You may cook onion over charcoal or in oven at 350ºF. until tender. Serves 1 |
