Rutabagas & Applesauce

2 medium  Rutabagas (about 1-1/2 pounds)
3/4 cup of  Applesauce
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of Margarine or butter
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Prepare and cook rutabagas as directed; mash. Stir in remaining ingredients Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot.
4 SERVINGS (ABOUT 3/4 CUP EACH); 110 CALORIES PER SERVING.
