2 medium Rutabagas (about 1-1/2 pounds) 3/4 cup of Applesauce 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon of Margarine or butter 1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon of salt
