6 tablespoons of margarine or butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound of small whole mushrooms 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic; heat 1 minute. Add mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes; stir in parsley. Remove from heat; let stand 3 - 4 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 4 servings |
