Salad
Spinach, broken into bite size pieces
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs, cut up
Bean Sprouts
1 can of water chestnuts, sliced
Combine all ingredients. Add Dressing and toss well. |

Dressing:
1 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of catsup
1/4 cup of vinegar
grated onion
1 dash of salt
Combine ingredients.
