1 1/2 pounds of fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 pounds of fresh spinach, chopped 3 tablespoons of butter 1/2 onion, chopped 1 cup of water 6 cups of cooked brown rice Yogurt or soy sauce
Sauté mushrooms, spinach and onion in butter until tender. Add water, stirring for 5 minutes more. Serve over rice with yogurt or soy sauce.
