| Sausage Patties with Sweet Potatoes
2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup of (packed) brown sugar
8 sausage patties
Fill a deep buttered pie plate with sweet potatoes, then sprinkle lightly with brown sugar. Brown the sausage in a skillet, then place over the sugar. Add a small amount of the drippings to the top. Bake at 350ºF. oven for 15 to 20 minutes. 4 servings |
