Swiss Chard Ring

3 tablespoons of butter, melted
3 tablespoons of soy flour
1 cup of milk
2 cups of chopped cooked Swiss chard
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1 tablespoons of onion juice
vegetable salt to taste




Blend flour into butter over medium heat. Add milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add eggs, Swiss chard, cheese and onion juice. Sprinkle in soy flour and vegetable salt. Mix together and pour in oiled mold. Set mold into hot water and bake slowly for 40 minutes. Fill center with vegetables or creamed chicken or fish.
