Tomato Aspic

1 1/4 cup of boiling water
1 box of lemon D Zerta (artificially sweetened)or use Jell-O Lemon gelatin
8 ounces of tomato sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of onion juice
1/8 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
a dash of cloves
2 cups of diced celery



Pour boiling water over D-Zerta in a medium bowl. Stir until completely dissolved. Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar, onion juice, Tabasco sauce and cloves. Chill until thick but not completely set. Stir in celery. Pour into 4 cup mold. Chill until firm.
