2 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped 2 Green peppers, diced and chopped 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped fine 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons of cumin 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1 Garlic clove, chopped fine 1 cup of lemon juice 1/2 Onion, chopped fine
Mix all ingredients and serve.
