| | Tomato & Cheese Melt
2 tablespoons of light butter; softened 1/4 teaspoon of dried basil leaves 6 3/4-inch diagonal slices bread 6 slices of tomato 6 slices of Cheddar cheese Light or no fat sour cream Avocado wedges
Heat oven to 350ºF. In small bowl stir together light butter and basil leaves; spread over one side of each bread slice. Top each bread slice with tomato slice; place on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Top each tomato with cheese slice. Continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with sour cream and avocado. Yield 6 sandwiches.
