one 1 pound can of pork and beans 3 tablespoons of molasses 1 tablespoon of dry mustard water 1 small onion, chopped 4 slices of bacon
Partially drain the beans and reserve liquid. Add enough water to liquid to make 1/2 cup and combine with the molasses and mustard. Stir in the beans. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bury onion in beans. Top with bacon. Bake uncovered at 375ºF. for 30 - 45 minutes. Serves 3 - 4
