Sauté the mushrooms and onions in butter or oil until tender. Add the artichokes cut into quarters. Make a sauce of sour cream seasoned with 2 teaspoons of horseradish, salt, pepper and dill. Cover the vegetables with sauce in baking dish. Heat at 325ºF. until bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley. |
