Baked Beans in Sour Cream Basic-Recipes.com9/1/06

1 pound of great northern beans or small limas
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of molasses
3 teaspoons of salt
3/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of dry mustard
2 cups of sour cream




Soak overnight and drain. Add fresh water and 1 teaspoon of salt and cook until tender. Drain and rinse. Add other ingredients with sour cream last. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes. Uncover the last 8 minutes.
