| Zucchini Appetizer 2 3 cups of thinly sliced zucchini
1 cup of Bisquick
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons of snipped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
a dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten |

Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease an oblong 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown for about 25 minutes. Cut into pieces, about 2 x1 inch Makes 4 dozen |
