2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoons of shortening
1/2 cup of tomatoes, drained
2 pounds of chicken
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of basil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In skillet brown chicken in shortening. Pour off excess fat.
Add soup, tomato and seasonings. Cover. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Add
zucchini. Cook about 15 minutes longer.
