A great way to eat "fried" chips and eat healthy at the same time. Serve these with wings or sliders as a side or as an appetizer as shown.

2 zucchini, sliced into rounds 1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs seasoned 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese grated 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 cup of milk
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan in a bowl. Slice zucchini and place a bowl with the milk. Dredge slices in bread crumb mixture and place on sheet pan lightly sprayed with oil. Bake for 30 minutes turning over once at 15 minutes.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
