8 ounces of thin spaghetti 1 medium zucchini, shredded ( 1 1/2 - 2 cups) 2 scallions. thinly sliced 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley 1/4 cup of vegetable oil 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of oregano leaves, crushed a dash of cayenne pepper |

Cook spaghetti as package label directs. In a large serving bowl, combine the zucchini, scallions, parsley, oil and seasonings. After the spaghetti has cooked, drain in colander. Add hot spaghetti to zucchini mixture, toss lightly. Serve immediately. Makes 3 - 4 servings
