2 cups of all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of allspice 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon of salt 3 eggs (beaten) 1 cup of milk 1 1/4 cups of brown sugar 1 cup of vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1 1/2 cups of grated zucchini 1 1/2 cups of grated carrot 1/2 cup of chopped Florida pecans |

Sift together flour, baking soda, and spices into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, milk and oil. Combine all ingredients until just moistened, Divide batter into greased muffin cups. Bake in a 375ºF. oven for approximately 18-20 minutes.
