1 pound of zucchini, cut in 1/2 inch slices 1/3 cup of sliced green onion 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 2 tablespoons of dry sherry 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 cup of walnut halves
In a medium saucepan combine the zucchini slices, green onion, and butter. Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in sherry and salt, cover and cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender., 5 minutes more. Stir in the walnuts, serve immediately. Serves 5
