Cheese Zucchini Crisps
-= Ingredients =- 1/3 cup of cornflake crumbs 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt 1 dash Garlic powder 4 small Unpeeled zucchini, cut in strips 1/4 cup of melted butter |

-= Instructions =- Combine crumbs, cheese & seasonings; place in a plastic bag. Dip zucchini strips in butter & shake in the crumbs to coat. Place on a baking sheet; bake 375ºF. for 10 min or til crisp. 4 servings .
