3 Eggs 1 cup of vegetable oil 2 cups of sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla 2 cups of zucchini, grated 2 1/2 cups of flour 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of baking soda 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1 cup of pecans; chopped/optional |
