| Christmas Cocktail
1/2 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of water
2/3 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of fresh or bottled lime juice
2 Unbeaten egg whites
4 cups of finely crushed ice
Maraschino cherries
Cook, sugar and water 5 minutes; chill. Shake all ingredients except cherries in jar until light and frothy. Top with a cherry. Serve immediately. Source: Quick & Easy. ch |
