1 2/3 cup of crushed pineapple 2 cups of raw cranberries 1 small orange 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Wash cranberries. Cut orange in fourths and remove seeds. Chop in food processor. In medium bowl and add crushed pineapple and syrup, sugar and cinnamon. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour so flavors will blend. Serve cold. Will keep for several days stored covered in refrigerator.
